Delete your shared account

MdSkool and MdCareer use one shared account identity. A complete account deletion signs you out and removes access to both products. It cannot be undone after processing is complete.

If you only want to stop notifications, disconnect from someone or remove particular content, use the relevant controls inside the app instead of deleting the complete account.

1. Use the email address registered to your MdSkool or MdCareer account.
2. Include your registered email and username. Do not send your password, sign-in code or authentication token.
3. Send the request using the button below. We may ask for limited additional information to verify that you control the account.

If the button does not open your email app, email mdskool.ops@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion request”.

After verification, deletion includes the shared account, professional profile, learning progress, quiz history, saved learning activity, AI chat history, Sparks, comments, reactions, bookmarks, community memberships, connections, invitations, direct messages, stored voice messages and active push-notification installations associated with the account.

Some content may no longer identify you while conversations or moderation records retain a neutral deleted-account placeholder needed for continuity and safety.

We normally complete a verified deletion request within 30 days. Residual copies may remain in secured backups for up to 90 days before routine overwrite.

We may retain limited records where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, completed financial transactions, dispute resolution, security, fraud prevention or enforcement against serious abuse. Retained records are restricted from ordinary product use and kept only as long as necessary for that purpose.
